Who We Are

Drèpa is a premium linen subscription service operating in Gurugram, Haryana. We deliver hotel-grade bath towels and bathrobes directly to residents of premium residential societies — freshly laundered, pressed, and packaged — on a recurring subscription basis.

Our mission is simple: to give every home the experience of waking up to fresh, five-star linen every single day, without the effort of laundry.

These Terms govern your use of drepa.in and your subscription to Drèpa's linen service. By reserving or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Drèpa provides a subscription-based linen service delivering freshly laundered bath towels and bathrobes to subscribers in eligible Gurugram residential societies. The service operates on a recurring billing cycle as selected by the subscriber.

2. Subscription & Checkout

Reservations made on drepa.in are not binding until confirmed by Drèpa. Upon confirmation, the subscriber agrees to the selected plan's billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Payments are processed securely via PayU Payment Gateway (MID: 13593888). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

All content on drepa.in — including branding, copy, design, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Drèpa. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Return & Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first delivery if you are not satisfied. Subsequent refunds are prorated. We do not accept returns of used linen for hygiene reasons.

1. Nature of the Service

Drèpa is a linen subscription service. The "product" delivered is a fresh linen set (towels + robes) on a recurring basis. All linen remains Drèpa's property and is collected after use.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your first delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund of your first billing cycle. No questions asked.

Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Drèpa operates a doorstep delivery and collection model. There are no physical items "shipped" via courier to be retained permanently — all linen is the property of Drèpa and returned after each use cycle.

Missed Delivery

If a delivery is missed due to subscriber unavailability, we will attempt redelivery the following morning. Three consecutive missed deliveries without notice may result in subscription suspension. No charges apply for one missed delivery per cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Drèpa subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

How to Cancel

WhatsApp +91 99854 20011 or email contact@drepa.in. Please include your name, society, and the word "Cancel". You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

Linen Return on Cancellation

Upon cancellation, Drèpa will schedule a final collection of all linen within 2 business days. Please ensure the linen is clean and accessible. Linen not returned within 7 days of cancellation may attract a replacement charge.
